We conduct four Harvard Business School case study sessions annually, led by Tarun Khanna, an esteemed professor at the Harvard Business School.

It allows for our members to discuss, share ideas, think analytically, encourage collaboration, and learn from each other. We also offer the IVY Learning Platform which is a premium development platform and system for the minds of the future. We conduct four sessions annually which provide a full end-to-end access including books, videos, audios, podcasts, and many other resources which also revolve around current business and economic scenarios and allow for team members to explore an array of areas.

We also welcome feedback with open arms, which is why we conduct an annual Employee Engagement Survey that is able to collect feedback and allow for our members to provide their input on certain aspects of our organization and it’s methods.
